Every player must be registered with USA hockey. Online registration is done through the USA Hockey web site, www.usahockey.com. You will register and pay the USA Hockey and Affiliate fees. You must print out your receipt with confirmation number and bring it or send it to Lakeshore Sports Centre. If you are already registered as a coach for 2010-2011, you do not need to re-register as a player for 2010-2011. You may register for the 10-11 season as soon as May 1st, 2010. Last year’s registration will remain in effect until August 31st, 2010.
NOTE: Registering for USA Hockey does not guarantee you placement on a team.
Team Fee: $4200 Cash discounted fee ($1000 non refundable deposit due August 31st, 2010) Credit Card payment or multiple payments (more than your 3 scheduled payments) cost will be $4300. Earliest deposit secures placement as we will be limited to 18 teams. Second payment due November 9th for $1600. Last payment of $1600 is due January 25th, 2011. Delinquent teams will face dismissal from the league until payment is current, and will also incur additional administrative costs. Games will start on September 19th. Last regular season game will be February 27th, 2011. No games Super Bowl Sunday February 6th, 2011. USA hockey’s 5 penalties and out ruling will be followed.
General Info: Preseason games start 9-19-10, regular season games 10-03-10. All games are held on Sundays. We reserve the right to move teams into other divisions for the sake of competitive and fair play. USA Hockey rules will apply, as well as any additional arena rules. All rules are listed on our website at www.lakeshoresportscentre.net. It is your responsibility to read and know them.
